Site intelligence platform enters internal pilot

The AI & Technology division has started an internal pilot of a site intelligence platform built on ScalixrAI’s own delivery data. The system reads daily reports, procurement status and inspection records, then flags where a programme is drifting before it shows up in a monthly review.

The first release focuses on three areas: schedule risk, material lead-time exposure and rework signals from quality inspections. Every recommendation is traceable back to the underlying records.
